Processing
In Emotion Code®, “processing” refers to the natural response of the body and mind as trapped emotions are released and resolved. When trapped emotions are released during a session, it initiates a process of integration and adjustment within the individual.
Processing can manifest in various ways and may be unique to each person. Some individuals may experience immediate relief or a sense of lightness, while others may go through temporary emotional shifts, physical sensations, or even vivid dreams. It is not uncommon for individuals to notice changes in their emotional state, energy levels, or physical symptoms as they go through the processing phase.
How long the processing lasts
The duration of the processing phase can vary from person to person. Some individuals may experience a brief adjustment period, while others may require more time for the body and mind to fully integrate the changes. It’s important to allow the processing phase to unfold naturally without trying to force or control it. It’s important to note that, in some situations, your body and mind may not be in a position to handle another Emotion Code® session until the processing has subsided. Your practitioner will advise you if you need more time before your next Emotion Code® session.
During this time, it can be helpful to practice self-care and engage in activities that promote relaxation and emotional well-being. This may include getting adequate rest, engaging in gentle exercise, journaling, spending time in nature, or seeking support from a trusted friend or practitioner.
Conclusion
The processing phase is an essential part of the healing journey in Emotion Code®, allowing the body and mind to adapt to the release of trapped emotions and create a new state of balance and harmony. It is important to be patient and gentle with yourself as you navigate this phase and trust the natural process of healing and transformation.
